Orders that have tracking included will require signature on delivery. I put a lot of time and love into your order and this is the safest way for them to travel. If you would like to change the shipping address to a friend, family member or work address for easier convience, please send me a email and I can amend this for you straight away.

Import duties payable

All Sendle international shipments are DDU, which stands for Delivery Duties Unpaid. This means that your receiver has to pay any potential duties or charges due.

Many Sendle parcels won’t require any import duties to be paid, because they’ll fall under the country’s low-value threshold (fun fact: the technical term for this is called ‘de minimus’).

For example, the low-value threshold in the U.S. is currently set at $800 U.S. (approximately $1000 AUD), but for Germany, it’s 22 EUR (approximately $33 AUD). So, it depends on the destination country.

If duties do need to be paid, the local postal or customs authority for that country will most likely get in touch with the receiver of the parcel to organise it with them directly.
